This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Tailored Optical Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the customer ("Customer" or "you"). By accessing and using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
1.1. Tailored Optical Ltd provides an online platform for the sale of prescription glasses and eyewear products. Our products are available for purchase through our website. Not all products are available in store for immediate dispatch but this will be made known on our site in the description section of said product. Items not in stock are sourced directly from the authorized supplier. Most lenses are on a ‘to order’ basis and therefore require around 5-10 working days to be dispatched.
2. Ordering and Prescription
2.1. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have a valid prescription (less than two years old) from a registered medical practitioner or registered optometrist for the eyewear products you are purchasing.
2.2. It is your responsibility to provide accurate prescription information during the order process. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the prescription information provided.
2.3. Agreeing to our terms of service, you are confirming your responsibility for being 16 years of age or older and ensuring that you are not purchasing on behalf of anyone under this age.
2.4. You have notified us of any other eye conditions that you are aware of.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices for our products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3.2. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and we accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
3.3. All prices are inclusive of VAT and shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
3.4. Credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the cardholders issuer. We will not be held liable for any non-delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment. You ,may be asked to provide further proof of identity, and failure to comply with these requests may result in delay and/or cancellation of your order.
3.5. We employ Stripe for credit card security, and for pay-in-instalments options, we rely on Clearpay, which provides unregulated credit. Please use Clearpay responsibly and refer to Clearpay's Terms and Conditions, as late fees may be applicable.
3.6. Discount codes can not be used on top of items on SALE. Only one discount code/offer to be used at any given time.

Our business aims to offer high-quality products and services, but we do not accept liability for any adverse outcomes stemming from customer-provided information.
11.2. We do not assume liability for any damage to goods resulting from misuse.
11.3. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address. Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.
11.4. Reglazing lenses into the customer's own frame carries inherent risks, and we disclaim any liability for damages or breakages that may occur during this procedure.
11.5 We are not responsible for items lost in transit, but we will make every effort to resolve the issue with the product's courier.
11.6. We have made every effort to present product information and appearance as accurately as possible on our website. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the product will appear exactly as it does on your screen upon delivery.
