Delivery Information
All our frames come with a case/hard case and a premium quality micro fibre cleaning cloth.
All our products/frames are dispatched using recycled materials and can be easily recycled after use.
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all our orders.
There is an option to select at checkout, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery by 1pm at an extra cost if you require an urgent delivery. (Subject to the item/stock lenses/frame being in stock).
Delivery times are subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing.
Your order will be sent out via your chosen delivery method and you will receive your Royal Mail Tracking number with your completed job invoice by email so you can keep track of the delivery progress on www.Royalmail.com/track-your-item
If you are not home when Royal Mail attempts delivery they will leave a card telling you how and where to pick it up or re-arrange re-delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day (Monday-Friday Excluding Bank Holidays), if the order is placed before 3pm for non-customised, prescription stock lenses and frame only orders.
Please allow between 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), for prescription lens orders depending on lens type, lens coatings or high index lenses as these may take longer to arrive from lens manufacturers as being a more specialised and custom item.
